Follow my Suji Halwa recipe and instead of semolina use wheat flour. It is a great halwa and the aroma is outstanding.

As always prep things before for  making a thali, for a breakfast thali try cutting the veggie the night before, and keep the spices and pastes ready.

If there is a drink you want to serve try making it as soon as you wake up and allow to chill.

Small changes and planning makes cooking a joy so try to follow these simple steps.

Serving Special Indian Breakfast Dishes make any Festival all the more fun,so do give this Indian Thali a try.Hope your family enjoys this as much as mine does.
